What is a modular camping table?

A modular camping table has removable tabletop panels. On a compatible frame, panels can be exchanged for inserts such as a tray, basin or storage basket. Start with the surface you need, then add functions that fit your exact table.

Will every IGT-style accessory fit?

No. Unit labels are a layout guide, not a universal fit guarantee. Compare the opening dimensions, supporting edges, mounting points and clearance underneath. Read our four-point compatibility checklist, or send us the table and accessory links before ordering.

Does the product include everything in the photograph?

The included items depend on the product and selected option. Lifestyle photos may show separately sold chairs, inserts, lights or cookware. Read the selected configuration's contents list. If it is unclear, ask us before ordering.

How do I choose a table size?

Compare open dimensions, tabletop height, packed size, weight and included panels. Unit count alone does not tell you the number of seats or the packed size. Our table buying guide helps you compare these details.

How do I match a chair to a table?

Compare the chair's seat height with the tabletop height, leaving room for your knees, leg braces and accessories underneath. Overall chair height is measured to the top of the backrest and is not the seat height.

Delivery & orders

Where do orders ship from?

Orders ship from China to the buyer. We also have a designated US return address. The return address is not a US dispatch warehouse.

Will I pay import duties on delivery?

PINELORE is responsible for applicable import duties and customs clearance charges on accepted orders to supported US destinations. Any applicable US sales tax is calculated separately at checkout. See our Shipping Policy for delivery areas and details.

Can I order for a specific trip?

Check the delivery estimate for your selected item and destination before ordering. If no estimate is shown, contact us with the product, quantity, destination ZIP code and trip date. Do not assume a particular arrival date from a product being listed as available.

What if my parcel is late, missing or damaged?

Contact us with the order number and a description of the issue. Keep packaging and photographs where possible. If the item may be unsafe, stop using it while the issue is assessed.

How do I request a return?

Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide the correct US return instructions. Do not ship to the dispatch address or a company registration address without confirmation. You may request a return within 30 calendar days after delivery. Change-of-mind return shipping is paid by the customer; PINELORE covers necessary remedy shipping for a confirmed defect, wrong item or damage on arrival. Product support

Where can I find setup and care advice?

Read the instructions supplied with your exact model first. Our Product Care & Support guide covers basic cleaning, storage, pre-use checks and how to report a problem.

Can I fit a stove into any table opening?

No. Fitting into the opening does not establish safe compatibility. Confirm the appliance instructions, support, heat clearances and fuel arrangement for the exact setup. A table or insert is not a certification for a fuel appliance.

How do I report a product problem or request a part?

Send us the order number, product model, selected option and a description. Mention any damaged or missing part. We will check the available resolution and part availability; replacement parts are not automatically available for every model.
