About these terms

These terms apply to your use of pinelore.com and purchases from the PINELORE store through this website. In these terms, “we”, “us” and “our” refer to the PINELORE store. Shopify provides the platform that powers our store; your purchase is from PINELORE.

Read these terms together with our Shipping Policy, Returns & Refunds Policy and Privacy Policy. Nothing in these terms excludes rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Using the store

Products and configurations

The selected product and variant, together with its stated contents, determine what is included in your order. Lifestyle photographs may show additional tables, chairs, appliances, cookware, lights or decorative items that are not included unless the product description expressly says otherwise.

Colors may appear differently on different screens. Published dimensions and weights may be approximate where stated. These qualifications do not excuse delivery of the wrong product or a material difference from its description.

A unit count or an “IGT-style” description does not by itself guarantee compatibility with every table or accessory. Check dimensions, support edges, mounting points and required clearance. Contact us before ordering if you need help confirming a combination. Third-party names used to identify compatibility do not imply affiliation or endorsement.

Prices, payment and order acceptance

The displayed currency and final checkout summary identify your item prices, discounts, shipping charges and applicable sales tax before payment. Promotions apply only on their stated terms and may have an expiry date or eligibility conditions.

An order acknowledgement confirms receipt of your order. It does not remove our ability to contact you about a stock, payment, address or material listing error. If we cannot fulfill the order as agreed, we will explain the issue and offer an appropriate correction with your consent or cancellation and refund. We will not charge a higher price without your approval. We do not rely on a website error to remove your applicable consumer rights.

Shipping, cancellations and returns

If we cannot meet a shipping commitment, applicable delay-consent, cancellation and refund rights continue to apply. General estimates do not override a specific commitment made for your order.

Product care and safety

Follow the instructions supplied with the exact product. Fully engage folding joints and locks, use suitable stable ground and observe any stated load limit. Do not stand on a camping table or chair. Stop using damaged equipment.

A table or insert fitting together does not establish safe use with a burner or other heat source. Follow the appliance manufacturer's requirements for fuel, ventilation, heat clearance and permitted use. Our website does not authorize modifications or combinations that the relevant instructions prohibit.

Product problems and warranties

Contact us if an item is defective, damaged or not as described. Any additional written warranty offered for a particular product will state its scope and duration. We do not advertise a blanket lifetime or fixed-term warranty through these terms. This does not exclude implied warranties, statutory guarantees or other rights that apply to your purchase.
