A few simple checks help keep your camp setup ready for the next weekend. Always follow the instructions for your specific product; this guide does not replace them.

Before you set up

• Inspect the frame, fabric, fasteners and locking points for damage or missing parts.
• Set up on firm, level ground. Fully engage the locking points described in your model's instructions.
• Keep fingers clear of folding joints and keep children clear while assembling or folding.
• Follow the stated load rating for your exact model. Distribute table loads evenly; do not stand on a chair or table.
• Check accessory supports and clearances before adding a tray, basket or basin. A full water basin adds weight.
• Do not force an insert or modify a connection to make it fit. Ask us if the fit is uncertain.

After a day outside

Table panels and frames

Unless your product instructions specify otherwise, wipe with a soft damp cloth and mild soap, then dry thoroughly. Remove grit before wiping finished surfaces. Avoid abrasive pads, harsh solvents and prolonged soaking.

Chair fabric and carry bags

Brush off loose dirt and spot-clean gently with mild soap and water. Allow fabric and seams to air-dry fully before packing. Do not machine-wash, tumble-dry, bleach or iron unless the care label expressly permits it.

Powered accessories

Follow the accessory's own cleaning, charging and storage instructions. Disconnect power before cleaning where instructed. Do not immerse electrical parts or assume a product is waterproof because it is intended for camping.

Pack away with care

1. Remove loose inserts and accessories before folding.
2. Let all parts dry completely. Allow hot items to cool before handling or packing.
3. Fold in the sequence specified for the model, without forcing joints.
4. Keep grit, sharp parts and heavy loose items away from fabric and finished surfaces.
5. Store in a dry place and check for damage again before your next outing.

Heat and cooking equipment

Keep furniture and fabric away from flames, sparks and hot cookware unless the specific surface and configuration are expressly designed for that use. Never assume an insert opening makes a setup suitable for a stove. Use fuel appliances only as directed by their manufacturer, including ventilation, clearances and fuel compatibility requirements.

If something is wrong

Stop using a product if its frame, lock, fabric or attachment may be unsafe. Do not continue testing it under load. Contact PINELORE with:

• Your order number and purchase email.
• The product name, model and selected option.
• A description of the problem and when it appeared.
• Which parts are affected; photographs can help if available.

We will assess the issue and available options, including any applicable repair, replacement or refund. This support guide does not create a fixed-duration commercial warranty or reduce your rights under applicable law. Do not send a product back until you receive the correct return instructions.
